We are a European based company specialized in international tax accounting and tax compliance aspects, i.e. US international tax compliance, tax accounting based on IFRS/US Gaap/IAS, tax process management and tax risk management. We are bridging the cultural, timing, tax and GAAP knowledge gaps in between Europe, Americas and AsiaPacific. Our client basis consists of mainly US, European and Japanese large multinationals, both listed as well as non-listed companies.

EA Tax Services was established in November 2002 after the enactment of the Sarbanes Oxley legislation. Eversince we we have seen an increasing trend towards more transparency by way of increased Corporate Governance regulation, tax shelter disclosure compliance initiatives and implementation / convergence of international accounting standards. 

Initially we focussed on US international tax accounting and tax compliance. However, nowadays European and Asian countries have started to follow the US approach of tax accounting and Corporate Governance. Therefore we have been expanding our scope to meet the globalization of tax accounting.  We remain "Bridging the Gaaps"!
